We would like to avoid having your sensitive data sitting in both systems ideally before you sign up for RentRedi.

This PII data may include but is not restricted sensitive data such as:
Social Security Numbers (SSNs)
W2 Forms (if applicable)
Former and current addresses
Phone numbers
Email addresses

This information was collected during your tenancy at Troy Towers through our association with Bram Holdings LLC (formerly Ayson Realty). Please be rest assured that we are treating this matter with the utmost care and diligence to ensure your data is handled securely and appropriately.

Current Status
Discussions regarding the management of your data began on November 26th, 2024, and are still ongoing. We are committed to ensuring your PII does not remain in both the old system and the new platform, Rent Redi, to minimize any risks associated with duplicate data storage or any data loss or breaches.
